TO KNOW CHRIST

ADMIT you are a sinner.  “God I confess I have sinned.  Have mercy on me a sinner.”

ASK for God’s forgiveness.  Cry out from your heart, “Father forgive me as I forgive those who have sinned against me.”  You must forgive others.

ACKNOWLEDGE Christ as your one and only Lord.  “Father I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  I accept his sacrifice for my sins and submit my life to his lordship.”

ANNOUNCE your new faith to others.  Christ said if you do not confess him before men, he will not confess knowing you to his heavenly Father.  “Jesus Christ is Lord!”

ASSOCIATE with other believers.  Fellowship with other believers is very helpful in getting to know Christ.

 PRAY regularly and sincerely to God in the name of Jesus.  Read God’s word regularly, to continue to grow in your faith.
