About Us
Brought up in a Baptist family. Experienced Christ as Savior at twelve years of age. - 1970 Led a Bible study group of five young men who testified they were called to the gospel ministry. Served as a fill-in preacher during this same time period. Was also president of the local Youth for Christ chapter. - 1971-1973 In the Marine Corps served as a chaplain’s assistant as well as tank driver. - 1975 Mission trip to Guatemala, a life changing experience. - 1975-1977 While attending a Bible school in Dallas, led a prayer group of students who interceded for Christians persecuted for their faith in communist-controlled countries. - 1977-1980 In 1977 formed a mission, Brother’s Keeper Inc., in order to fulfill God’s calling at that time. Living in Austria, made regular ministry trips taking aide to believers in the communist-controlled countries of Eastern Europe. - January of 1983 -May 1988 Pastored a church in Midlothian, Texas. Ministry trips to Europe. - 1988-1991 Pastored a church in the city of Klagenfurt, Austria. Taught in a Bible School in Salzburg. - 2001-2004 Served as Stewardship Chairman and Head Elder in local Lutheran Church. Education: 1977 Associate’s degree from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. 1982 attended Mountain View College in Dallas, TX. 1986 Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Southwestern University in Waxahachie, TX. Licensed to preach in 1971. Ordained to the gospel ministry in 1984. Pastor’s Wife: Erna Brewer - Born in Germany. Came to the United States at five years of age. - Raised in the Lutheran faith. - Graduated from Nursing School in 1988 and has been working as an R.N. since. - Mother of five, including triplets
